Special Event Reservations

Tickets for our regular excursions are sold on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise noted.

For Special Event excursions, including Fall Colours, Haunted Hallowe'en Adventure, Easter Express and Santa Claus Excursions, advance reservations are available on-line or by telephone.

Passengers should arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time to allow sufficient time for parking, pick-up of pre-reserved tickets, washroom visits and boarding the train. Round-trip ride takes about 50 minutes. Schedules and operating equipment subject to change without notice. For safety reasons, strollers and infant car seats are not permitted on board the train.

Advance reservation tickets will be available for pick-up at the ticket office at Tottenham Station on the day of departure during regular ticket office hours. Advance reservation tickets are not refundable under any circumstances.

Seat assignments will be made based on your reservation; if you are planning on attending with other friends or family, we suggest making your entire booking as one purchase if you wish to sit together on the train.

For discounted group reservations (for groups of 20 or more people) please call the office at (905) 936-5815. Discounted group reservations cannot be booked on-line.
